Amritha is an Indian-Australian singer-songwriter, who loves to fuse her roots with her love for soul, RnB and neo-soul. She started learning carnatic music (South Indian Classical) from her mother at the tender age of four. During her teens, she taught herself Hindustani and Bollywood vocals – before discovering her love for soul, jazz and blues in her twenties. Amritha Shakti’s songs all embody messages of self-love and empowerment.
