Bootleg Rascal are an Australian East Coast-based band comprised of long-time collaborators and friends Carlos Lara and Jimmy Young. Taking cues from the likes of staple influences Gorillaz, Kid Cudi and Massive Attack, the duo combines an eclectic mix of hip hop, reggae, indie-rock, dub and electronica; all while simultaneously delivering a cohesive sound they make their own.

Bootleg Rascal have traversed the globe playing sold out shows in the USA, France, tUK, Netherlands, Germany, New Zealand and Australia. Since their mid-2013 inception, the band has released a slew of singles, an EP and two albums, all of which have been warmly received by critics and fans alike.
